Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed once successfully placed.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details.

Shipping

• A flat PKR 200 shipping charge applies to all orders within Pakistan.

• Delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on location.

• Delays caused by courier services, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Refunds & Returns

• We offer a 15-day refund policy.

• Customers must contact us within 15 days of receiving the product to request a refund.

• Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

• All content, including logos, product names, images, and text, belongs to Root & Rituals and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

• Root & Rituals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
